Great – today, the day we finally have winter weather, (it was 23 degrees F this morning when I woke up, now were up to 32 degrees F), is also the day the heating system in our office decides to not work!
It wouldn’t be so bad – if I’d KNOWN we weren’t going to have any heat … but no. No forewarning, no call from co-workers who were already at the office. So here I sit, watching my finger tips turn blue, and goose bumps form under my turtleneck. Man I hope the roof repair guy calls early today. Because if it’s still cold here when he calls? I’m going home to meet him, and then I’m staying home and working from home where it's WARM!
