Just made our 12:59 departure.
Flew around a big T-storm – late landing in Memphis.
3:30 – 8:00 pm stayed in Memphis reviewing presentations.
8:00 pm dinner
9:17 Drove to Tunica
10:00 pm arrived Tunica
10:01 – first mosquito bite while unloading seminar equipment
10:00 – 12:00 am set up sound and projection for seminar
10:00 – 12:09 (fight off at least 10 mosquitoes)
12:10 pm checked into our rooms. Watch coworkers battle SWARMS of mosquitoes At check - they ran out of regular rooms (for me only). I am in a Suite. It has an entrance hall, formal dinning room, living room, spa tub & glassed in shower with two shower heads.
You’d think such a luxurious room would be mosquito free. Apparently they are just BIGGER to match the room.
Worked on data until 1:30 am (2:30 am EST)
5:00 am awake
Take shower in glassed in shower with dual shower heads and leaking glass door.
5:25 – 5:45 am waste time writing this instead of working on data.
5:50 am – stops procrastinating
Show starts at 9:00 am.
