About this time last year I was on a great trip. With this person, and this one, and this one, and she joined virtually for dinner one night.
My, the changes a year can bring. A new(ish) knee, a new location (x2), new opportunities, and the renewal of long-time friendships.
Cheers to good friends, good food, GREAT wine ... and handymen who make the stripes-in-your-ceiling go away.
